Subscription FAQs

How does subscription work?

We work with ReCharge to make it easy to subscribe to your favorite Pixi products. You can customize and update your subscription settings anytime. All you need to do is simply subscribe to your favorite products and choose how regularly you would like to receive them. We alert you before each delivery or if there are any problems with your account, making it easy for you to keep track of your subscriptions. You can manage your subscription at any time from your account page, or reach out to Customer Service for additional support.

You can access your Customer Portal in two ways:

• Clicking the unique Customer Portal link sent to you in your Subscription Activation email.
• Logging into your Pixi account and clicking "Manage Subscription".

Can I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription plan at any time. Once you log into your Pixi account, you can click the Subscriptions tab from the left-hand menu. If you no longer want to continue your subscription, click the Cancel button.

On the following page, you will be prompted to choose a cancellation reason. Select the cancellation reason that closely matches your reason for canceling. Click “Cancel my subscription” to complete cancellation.

Can I skip?

Yes, you can skip your next subscription order. This is useful if you have a lot of products currently, or will be away on the next delivery date. Within your Pixi account, you can skip and unskip any upcoming orders.

Once logged into your Pixi account, click on Delivery schedule in the left-hand menu to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, click “Skip” to the right of each order.

Can I change the frequency?

Yes! If you’d like to change the frequency of your subscription, please reach out to our Customer Service team at

Can I change/add products to my subscription?

Yes! If you’d like to add products to your upcoming subscription order, please reach out to our Customer Service team at Please note that once your order is ready for fulfillment, changes cannot be made.

When will I be charged?

This depends on the frequency of your subscription. If you chose 30 days, you will be charged every 30 days. If you chose 60 days, you will be charged every 60 days. If you chose 90 days, you will be charged every 90 days.

How do I return my subscription product?

Subscription products follow the same return policy as non-subscription products. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

Does my promo code apply?

Unless stated otherwise, discounts do not apply to subscription products, since they are already discounted.

Do all items qualify for subscription?

Not all products are available on subscription. If you are interested in subscribing to a product not currently available on subscription, please reach out to our Customer Service team at

Will I get points for my subscription purchase?

Yes! Your subscription order will apply points to your account.
